gogcli Google Workspace — Privacy Notice

About this integration

gogcli Google Workspace is a private business tool administered by Gabriel Ligon. It connects Google accounts whose operators authorize access, enabling requested email and file-management tasks through gogcli and Codex. Contact: gabriel@struor.com.

Google information and permissions

The integration uses Google account identifiers to select the authorized account. Its permissions allow reading Gmail messages, attachments, metadata and settings; sending email; and viewing, creating, editing and deleting Google Drive files. These permissions support tasks requested by an authorized operator. OAuth credentials maintain the account connection.

Processing and storage

gogcli runs on the operator's Mac, with OAuth client secrets and account tokens stored in macOS Keychain. Downloads and generated files may be saved in local project folders.

Selected email or file content, task instructions and command results may be processed through OpenAI's Codex service and included in conversation history or task outputs. OpenAI's processing depends on the account's applicable terms and data settings. Google provides the connected account services and authorization. When an operator requests sending email or sharing files, the selected content is disclosed to the recipients or services specified for that task.

Retention and control

Information can remain in Google accounts, downloaded files, local outputs, credentials and Codex conversations. Retention and deletion depend on the storage location and applicable service settings; removing the connection does not automatically remove previously saved copies.

An account holder can revoke access through Google Account connections by selecting this app and removing its access. Local credentials and downloaded files can be removed separately. Contact gabriel@struor.com to request assistance with access, correction, deletion or disconnecting an account.
